Card overclocked using MSI afterburner. (Remember to go into settings to enable the Core Voltage Slider)
My overclock settings:
Core Voltage : +12
Power Limit : +105
Temp Limit : 95* (set to priority)
Core Clock (MHz) : +150
Memory Clock (MHz) : +425
Fan Speed : 80 – 85%
When Mining
GPU Clock: 1306MHz
Mem Clock: 3420
Voltage: 1212mV (12.1V)
Temperature: between 60 – 65 max
I have this mining paired with an i5 CPU @ 3.2Ghz Quad core and this gives an additional 800-900 H/s boosting me to around 1.5Kh/s .
Im sure my settings can be tweaked more but i’ve been running this for a few weeks now and not had any problems. It’s what i’d call a safe overclock.
Hey, Thanks for sharing the info. Would you get similar results if mining monero? I’ve been mining BCN & DCY using xmr stak which gives me the same hashes as monero ..
